Terms and Conditions – PoolShopOnline (Pty) Ltd

  1. Introduction PoolShopOnline (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/143062/07, operates from 105 Rietfontein Road, Dunmedaley, Boksburg 1459. These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on www.poolshoponline.co.za. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Definitions
    • “Account”: The online profile you may create to place orders. Guest checkout is also available; account registration is optional.
    • “Order”: A request submitted by you to purchase products from us.
    • “Customer”: The individual or entity placing an order.
    • “Warehouse”: Our primary stock location in Boksburg.
    • “Collection Point”: Our designated partner location for order pick-up.
    • “Business Day”: A day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, nor a public holiday in South Africa.
    • “Confirmation of Order”: Our email to you, in which we accept your Order.
  3. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to place an order on PoolShopOnline.co.za.
  4. Acceptance and Use By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We may update content and policies at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions before each purchase.
  5. Order Process Orders are considered offers to purchase and may be declined at our discretion. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are not binding until confirmed. Orders are finalized upon successful delivery or collection. You may use guest checkout or create an Account for future convenience.
  6. Payment Methods We accept EFT, Yoco, PayFast, and Payflex. All transactions are in South African Rand. No cash payments are accepted.
  7. Delivery Policy Delivery is limited to Gauteng province, within an 80km radius from our warehouse in Boksburg or our partner supplier in Witfield, Boksburg. No deliveries to PO Boxes; only physical addresses are accepted. Standard delivery fees apply based on distance; free delivery for orders over R599.99. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Customers will be notified of any delays or issues with delivery.
  8. Collection Policy (Click & Collect) Collection is available at our partner collection point: 168 Kingfisher Avenue, Freeway Park, Boksburg. Collection hours: 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. No collection on Sundays or public holidays. Same-day collection for orders placed before 12pm Friday. Orders for Saturday collection must be placed before 12pm Friday. You will receive a WhatsApp message with a QR or barcode when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before this confirmation.
  9. Returns and Refunds Defective or damaged products may be returned within the warranty period. Contact customer support via WhatsApp +27 63 294 2372. Returns are subject to manufacturer assessment and discretion. Refunds are processed via EFT after validation of banking details. Customers have 7 days from receipt of goods to return or exchange eligible products. Non-returnable items and restocking fees may apply.
  10. Copyright & Intellectual Property All content, including these Terms and Conditions, is the property of PoolShopOnline (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Infringements may be subject to legal action.
  11. Data Protection & Security We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our website or deliver malicious code will be prosecuted.
  12. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions).
  13. Dispute Resolution Disputes not resolved by customer support may be referred to the High Court of South Africa or to arbitration if agreed by both parties.
  14. Notices & Communication Official communications and legal notices may be sent to info@poolshoponline.co.za or delivered to our registered address. Notices sent by email will be considered received upon confirmation of delivery.
  15. Record Keeping We retain records of all sales and transactions for a minimum of 90 days. Customers are encouraged to keep their own copies for future reference.
  16. General These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any amendments. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
